SiteStash is made by Fieldline Solutions Inc. It is provided as-is, with no warranty. It was built by a tradesman for the trades, and Pro features are free while the app is new.
What You're Agreeing To
- You connect your own OneDrive or Google Drive account, at your own choice, and can disconnect it at any time from Settings.
- A photo is only deleted from your phone once your drive has confirmed it arrived — your drive is the only backup, so keep your drive connected and don't revoke its access from Microsoft's or Google's side while photos are still uploading.
- There is no guarantee of uptime, support, or that this app continues to exist. It is run by a small company.
AI Features
- Back orders and the support chat use AI (Claude, by Anthropic) to read packing slips and answer questions. AI can misread a slip or give a wrong answer. Check the quantities before you add them, and before you rely on a back-order list for ordering or billing.
- Only scan documents you have the right to share. If a slip belongs to your employer or a customer, you are responsible for having their permission.
- The support chat is not a person. For anything that matters, email us.
No Liability
The app is offered without warranty of any kind. Fieldline Solutions Inc. is not liable for lost photos, lost work, or any other damages arising from its use. If a photo matters, verify it landed in your drive before relying on it.
